I wonder if I could get away with taking a nap without anyone noticing.
I kept trying to make a post yesterday, but I guess my thoughts were too unorganized. Not that my thoughts today are that much better. I really need to get more sleep.
Yesterday morning felt like it went on for approximately forever, and it looks like today isn't going to be any different. Hopefully it will pick up after lunch. My neck and shoulders are bothering me again. And I can't go to the chiropractor (stupid insurance!), so I know it will take longer for it to feel better. Plus, my right hand/wrist is hurting a little bit because of the angle I have to use to type. I swear, with the amount of pain related problems I keep having, you'd think I was in my 60s, not my 20s.

Man, my tea is hot! I finished making a cup about fifteen minutes ago and set it on my desk and went for a walk outside for a few minutes (the weather today is ridiculous--it's supposed to be January, not October). I was sure it'd be practically lukewarm when I got back, since it tends to be freezing in this office, but this is apparently some hardy tea. I just went to take a drink and burned my lip. At least the tea is delicious.

I've decided to keep track of the number of books I read this year like I did last year. I managed 36 last year, which I'm sure is way better than 2006, considering I was reading "American Gods" for approximately the first six months of that year. I would have read more than 36, but I read a lot of fic online (certainly several million words). At some point, I'll post my list of books from last year, with a few recs. I'd do it now, but the list is at home on my laptop, so.
I'm going to do the same thing for movies and TV as well, since it will be interesting to see how much TV I actually watch. So far, I've only watched two hours of TV this year, but I have a huge backlog on my DVR, so I can see that number going way up in the near future.
