Doctors' Offices Suck!
So, my tonsil surgery that was supposed to be really soon so I could go out and look for another job? Is scheduled for April 24th. And not because of anything I had to do like stop taking medication for a certain amount of days, which I knew would push it back at least a week. Oh no! That was the soonest date he had available! Grr! I even told the doctor that I was waiting on the surgery to get a new job, but he must have either not realized that he was so busy or he must've thought that I meant I was waiting to hear if I was getting them out before I looked for more work. Man, I hope my sore throat doesn't stick around for...*counts*...SIX AND A HALF MOTHERFUCKING WEEKS?! And the office was supposed to call me back with information about pre-op testing, which they never did, so I hope they do on Monday, because I would really like to know what I'm supposed to be doing within enough time to be doing it.
On the upside, it's on a Tuesday, so I won't have to miss any Tai Chi classes or any new SPN episodes if they're new at the time. I'll probably miss American Idol but considering America voted to keep Sanjaya even after his horrible butchering of "Waiting on the World to Change," I'm not sure if I care.

Tomorrow's Scranton's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Yeah, I know St. Patrick's Day isn't until next weekend, but we're crazy like that. Hopefully there will be someplace for me to park at work, since the store is so close to the parade route. And hopefully all the drunks will stay downtown in the bars and not come over here and bother me. Maybe I can get some work done on the website or something.
