Wow. Being stuck on the broken SkyTrain for 1.5 hours today (longer because my idiot fellow commuters apparently kept hitting the emergency exit buttons to get off the cars at stations, WTF) sure would've been more annoying if I hadn't had THE COOLEST PHONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD with which to amuse myself. :)
No, seriously. I got within a block of our apartment and it was all "Oh! I see there is a secured wireless network in range! Would you like for me to connect to it?" It also pinged me passing Starbucks, which was equally cool. It's like this phone cannot wait for any excuse to disconnect from the Rogers data network and find itself some delicious WiFi. Tonight we watched nine YouTube videos (Android has its own customized interface for YouTube, Gmail, Picasa, GoogleMaps and a bunch of other things) and did not lag, and I downloaded half a dozen free apps, and Googled the Eee Top for artemisiabrisol, and did not use one byte of my 500MB allowable via the Edge service, because it was all on WiFi.
Delicious, delicious WiFi.
I played with it until the box-charged battery died outright and shut down the phone, and it's now charging for the new day. (BEST. PHONE. EVER.)
In other news, I finally found some sundresses. HAH. And a skirt. I'm getting another tomorrow which they are holding for me at Lougheed Mall, because the store at Metrotown was out of my size.

Okay. Lab quiz tomorrow, then work, then more mucking around with the BEST. PHONE. EVER.
