Worlds colliding
I've been watching Boston Legal. Y'know, 'cause it's cracky and delightful? And that got me to remembering how much I liked Murphy Brown, back when it was in syndication and I watched it with Mum. So I went to YouTube and searched Murphy Brown.
And it gave me this.
There's two parts of this. My worlds, they are colliding. (Also it's deeply weird that Avery Brown was played by Haley Joel Osment.)
Shirley Schmidt has torrid affair with a young John Sheppard while he's in university, Y/N? The awesomeness, it cannot be measured. Also all his come-ons to Murphy, I can imagine in a John/Rodney fic, which makes this episode possibly one hundred times more fun.
ETA: OH MY GOD LILY TOMLIN WAS ON MURPHY BROWN, HOW DID I NOT REMEMBER THIS?
ETA2: POST-GRADUATE. GEORGETOWN. PHYSICS. I think I need a lie-down.
ETA3: And then he gets drafted into the Israeli army and goes off to BE A PILOT. GUYS.
