There are Creative Writing profs who aren't? *boggles, utterly*

It's urban writing. A lot of what I write is urban-based. The only thing that concerns me is whether it's limited to a certain genre. I had a prof once at Douglas who wouldn't take any "genre fiction," which apparently meant nothing that wasn't reality-based fiction. I got around it then, though. ;)
