(no subject)
So, Christmas is definately different this year.
Had the Christmas party for the girls here Tuesday night. It was definately a blast! YAY!~
..last night we had our Christmas here where Shayla and Chad and Ben come up..we ate and opened gifts then played Taboo..that was fun
..today I got up couldn't wait to straighten my hair with my awesome new straightener. After I got ready I went to Green County, picked Leah up we exchanged gifts. HaHa...I got a cute watch. YAY! When I got there, her hair was curly and to show how good my straightener was I straightened her hair and then did her makeup. I'm telling ya thats what I wanna do for a living. After that we went to the nursing home and sang to Miss Margaret!
all that was good, but then on the way to Larry and Sharon's for the Judd Christmas, I passed my old house. That house brings back so many memories and holds so many traditions that are now broken. Every year since I can remember I would come home from the Judd Christmas and me and Shayla would get to open one gift on Christmas Eve, then Christmas morning we'd wake up at like 5 and do the rest! This is my first year not doing that. We've already got our gifts from mom. The gifts aren't what I loved, it was the feeling of that warm cozy feeling. Then i get out to the Judd Christmas and MawMaw isn't there..it's Grandad and Ruth..it's SOO hard..ahhh... Jesus is the reason for the season I know..So, I'm trying to stay on track, i'm just sad!
tomorrow i'm going to church then going to Nanny and Poppa's to eat and do gifts, then we stay there like all day, it's fun though. I enjoy it!!!! It's from like dusk til dawn..haha...then after that on Monday I'm coming back to Green County for the Bowles' Christmas! ..Ahh..love it!
