I really need sleep...

Ok folks, here are my new personal rules:

1) No caffeine past 9pm.
2) No smoking past 1 hour before I want to sleep.
3) No more getting sick.
4) Asleep by 1130pm, at the latest!
5) Email and chatting done by 11pm.
6) No phone calls (initiated by me) after 1030pm. Unless it's an emergency.
7) No food past 9pm (or at least 2 hours before I plan to sleep).
8) No thinking about work 1 hour before I sleep.
9) Reading before I sleep is good.
10) Have more fun!

Ok..that's it..that's all...good night!
