After the self pity fest of the previous post... I am pleased to anounce that I walked almost 50% of the days this month. If only August had 30 days it would have been 50%.

To the shops... it was hot and humid. Looking forward to cooler days when autumn starts!

This was actually 2 walks, one was the usual round to the market and back. The other was an outing specially intended as exercise. Both times pushing the pram... that thing is heavy when loaded with baby and stuff (26kg or 57 pounds). Heard somewhere it requires 30% extra effort. Doesnt really surprise me!
