Sad Day Desu Yo!
Today is a sad day. My room mate will be returning home and taking a leave of absence from school. It's weird how, even though I was not crazy close to my room mate, our interactions with each other had developed a sort of...home like atmosphere. He was really quiet, I am kind of extroverted. From day one our relationship was full of awkward interactions, but he and I still managed to have pretty interesting conversations. I leave for a volleyball tournament for Earlham college today, and when I get back on Sunday...my room is going to be empty. I'm going to miss talking about games and how he would always describe everything as "magical". I really wish him the best of luck as he deals with his depression. Therefore, I dedicate this "hang in there" kitty to him. Maybe we'll meet again after college! ^_^
