another 'this week update': Mahler Week and Harry Potter
So many going on in NYC! I love the city!
Today: I went to the 8th annual NYC Chocolate Show and had so much wonderful chocolate, wine, brownies, and tea from all over the world. (stay tune for pictures on LJ and facebook when I get back from homework group)
Monday: Jody Redhage's (my former standpartner) cello concert near the Village.
Tuesday: Philadelphia Orchestra playing Mahler 6 at Carnegie Hall
Wednesday and Thursday: International Education Week events (I'm in charge on Thursday)
Friday midnight: Harry Potter IV movie with my department friends
Saturday: St. Louis Symphony playing MahlerDas Lied von der Erde @ Carnegie
Of course I still have to work and go to classes (and not crossing the picket line). :)
