Yeah, so I'm not always the best at keeping this thing up, but that's alright. I can't really remember very far back, so I think I'm going to start this post with Friday, May 13. Hmmmm... Friday morning, I woke up, took a shower, and got ready to go to breakfast with Dan. I checked my grades online... not too bad, I got 3 A's and 2 B's. B's in History and Racial Justice Through Law, and A's in Linear Algebra & Matrix Theory, Listening Experience, and Discrete. Made me happy. Then Dan picked me up and we went to Big Boy. It wasn't too bad. I usually don't eat breakfast, but it was fine. I went to Dan's house after breakfast to help him pack a bit for camp. After that, I came home and started getting ready for the weekend. I had to run to Farmer Jack to pick up eggs, milk, sugar, and margarine. I got back and started cooking when Anthony called... it was lunchtime! I didn't know where I wanted to eat, so we drove around for a while and ended up at Orchid Cafe. My first taste of Thai food... not too bad. After I got back home, I had to start my baking. I made these cinnamon muffin/cake type things and some muddy buddies for the weekend.
So yeah, Andrea, Orsola, Claudia, Sara, Christine, Carolyn, and I [most of the girl cousins] went up north to the cottage for the weekend as a bit of a "Bachelorette Party" for Andrea. It was really fun. We got on the road a lot later than we were planning, but that's alright. Friday night after we got there, we had to clean everything and vacuum every where because we had some little friends that left us little gifts. We played many a game of Peanuts and even had six decks going at once. Orsola and I made dinner on Saturday night and it turned out awesome. All in all the weekend was a success. Hopefully, we can have a girls weekend away every year. Now, I'm very tired and excited for Crossing Jordan tonight!
