PSAs, March edition 2.0

Work: We are looking for a new Marketing Associate. Ideally this is someone with a year or two of publishing (or bookstore) experience under their belt. Talk to me if you want more info.

Play: or more specifically, Family Opera: Of my 2 performances as principal, I am told the Sunday afternoon one (4/9 at 2pm) is already having huge ticket sales and likely to sell out in advance (!). So if you're dead set on going to that performance, you should order tickets now; or else you should come this Saturday evening (4/1 at 7pm). It's a short show and will be over by 8:30pm even with intermission, so you can still do other things afterwards. Like, say, go out with me to see V for Vendetta. ;-)

It really is a cute show, and those of you with kids should especially consider bringing them. Here's the PR text: "Antiphony is a sparkling tale of two rival ant colonies, a pair of musical grasshoppers, a scheming fly, and a chorus of flirtatious ladybugs. It features an all-insect cast, lovely melodies, humor on many levels, and timely life-affirming lessons of peace and tolerance. Commissioned by the W11 Opera Company for Young People in 1994, this remarkable opera has never been performed outside of London and Cambridge. Don't miss this rare opportunity." More extensive spoilers (and photos from the 2002 production) here.

MBTA: Yikes, I almost forgot: Anyone want a Zone 3 commuter rail pass for April, cheap? Tiger Boy has been getting them for me through MIT, heavily discounted; but by the time I got the car lined up, it was too late to cancel for April. I'll pass it along for $75 o.b.o. (retail value $128). Sold!

Seders: Double yikes, Pesach is coming! jon_libby and eudociainboston are looking for a first-night place; anyone have room for them? (toyb, this question includes you :-)
