I'm shipping from Singapore (in Asia) so...

#7 (3 USD) + shipping/handling to US (4 USD) = 7 USD

I'll be going to Japan for a week tomorrow so most likely I won't be able to reply and/or send out the item fast. However, if you want the item and can reply by today, I should be able to send it out tomorrow.

Arghh.. forgot to answer your question... A3 is around 2 times of A4 (standard printing paper size)..
