What have I been up to...?
Well, honestly I've mostly been working. Ask my Poor Boyfriend who basically sees me an hour in the morning and an hour before I go to bed each day. It sort of bites really. But hey gotta make a living.
But really what else have I been up to? I took Shannon to meet the Grandparents last week, that was interesting. As I have one grand mother who is honestly what you think all of them should be like. Baking, sweet, kind, loving. Then I have the crazy one who likes to make up stories, Or tell me that the things (crazy) that she says are completly true...so weird.
After the Grandparents, I went to my mom and Dads, and we had dinner, hung out, Shannon fixed there computer, and I got my hair dyed, but you really cant tell it basically looks the same.
I spent most of Canada day working, I got off around 8, then Shan and I went over to one of the members boats and got taken to the fireworks. Which in fact were longer then normal and was really awesome.
I spent yesterday getting off around 5 after having to play the bad cop in a crappy work scenario, and then i spent it mostl on the couch as i have a sever case of the shin splints on my left leg. I stayed on the coach and Shan brought me candy, foods, and many other wonderful thing.
Oh and I forgot to mention the hilarity of Cotton Candy...and me making it. Which was on this passed Sunday. Lets just say that I go coated head to toe in sugar it was so disgusting. There were water droplets of sugar in my hair like i was one big ball of stickyness....it was funny i'm sure to tohers but i was not laughing...though I am sure I will in a few weeks when I look back on the fact that Cotton Candy is not something that should be taken lightly....you have to carress it , and care for it....
I think that might be all that I have to report, I will be hoping that my Thursday off will be a relaxing venture because I need it.
