I humbly request that no one enter the CES from 8:00 to 8:30 pm standard Barge time. I'll be [destroying things] conducting experiments. If anyone has plans I can adjust my schedule to accommodate. [Pleasant pleasant.]

You must promise me you won't breathe a word of this to anyone else. Please. I need to be able to trust that someone won't go brandishing it, but believe it or not I need the shoulder to lean on.

Rassilon is under the impression that he doesn't need to graduate. That he needs to put no effort into it, because Omega will take him as soon as they discover a way to salvage Gallifrey.

Considering that he attacked Narvin only for being with a human, and he's made things difficult for a number of people close to me I'm having difficulty reigning in my frustration.

[He's starting to sound calmer at least. He's getting some help.]

... [Rex makes a disgusted noise.] Let them go. All he can do is obsess over Omega. The Barge will be better off without him simpering about his boyfriend.

Yes, but... my brother is involved. He's Omega's inmate. And honestly I worry about him.

[Siblings on the Barge are hard.]

Ah... Would they take your brother along on their fool's errand? Or just... abandon him here?

I believe the point is to graduate my brother, and then leave together, if what Rassilon says is true.

But my brother would never want Rassilon in charge of Gallifrey, and I can't imagine he would allow himself to be redeemed if he knew the planet would be handed right back.

I thought wardens weren't even supposed to be in relationships with inmates if they would be a hindrance to their progress. Isn't that one of the only rules the wardens even have?

I believe the rule only applies to their inmate, but I think it's in generally bad taste for an inmate to receive promises such as those. I've never said to Braxiatel I'd take him from the ship and he's my own flesh and blood. It's too big a risk.

Right. Wichita and I never... either...

Yes, I... wasn't here for that particular escape attempt by the Master.

I just gathered it was difficult.
