(no subject)
so this past week has been....nuts. absolutely nuts.
i ended up working about 56 hours since last saturday at 2 jobs, delivering flowers and old navy. old navy is hopefully almost over cuz im only seasonal, so im kinda happy about that. i liked working there when i was on register, but recovering the store and the fitting room SUCKS hardcore. delivering flowers was amazingly fun again, it didnt drag like it did at the end of the summer when jess was running things. i <3 michelle and ash, theyre the best mother daughter combo to hang with like ever. and donna and dianne were real fun to work with. i'm really glad to find out what finally happened with jess and have like everything else straightened out again and im really glad to have worked there this past week, it was more like fun than work. i made 21 deliveries by myself on friday, was out delivering til 9 at night. me and ash had a elivering race. i won. then me and ashley decided were gunna run our own flower shop someday, that will be a big success. then there was hugs and goodbyes and i think im done there for awhile now again at least. worked at old navy xmas eve. sucked. came home, and for the first time ever, we didnt go to church on xmas eve. too busy getting ready for the whole fam coming over this year since uncle gary and aunt annemarie are now divorced and they dont host xmas eve anymore. we were really behind, what with dad redoing the bathroom and all 4 of us working crazy hours this past week. then everyone came and it was craziness for 3 or 4 hours. lots of little kids. fun gifts. ris got 4 pjs. hahaha. 2 of the same thing even, it was hilarious. im at that age where they have no idea what to get me, so i have some returns and exchanges tomorrow to do. then today was christmas. and it didnt feel like it at all. got some fun gifts. its a wonderful life on dvd :), my favorite holiday movie ever. a red sox moshi pillow :) a new bed pillow :) the suduko board game :) blank cds :) amazing gloves :) $40 to starbucks :) $50 to walmart :) 4 movie tickets :) yayayayay. im excited. me and ris went snowboarding. we fell a lot and it was smashingly fun. good times, good times. then we had family game night so i couldnt go hang out with the snc. and i have to work at frickin old navy tomorrow 345-1030, so i wont see them tomorrow either. i havent seen them in forever it seems and it sucks. i feel like my only job this vacation should be to hang out with all of them and that hasnt happened. but im only scheduled at old navy 2 days this week, so that will occur sometime this week. and then new years is coming...................<3 like WOAH. cannnot, cannot, just absolutely CANNNOT wait, you have no idea.....
on another note, grades came in awhile ago. ended up doing the best yet of my college career this semester.
marketing=B+
economics=B+ (up from a D at midterm)
accounting=A
finance=A
3.65 GPA for the semester, 3.37 cumulative.
it's funny cuz this semester was my lazy slacking semester. final skipped class count: 33. drinking on weekday nights or whenever i felt like it. not doing all my homework. basically just goofing off. the irony is killer.
and im hoping to get a job at the campus bookstore when i go back to school. that would be love.
