So I've been reading a new set of books my cousins gave me. They are actually 3 books consisting of between 500 and 700 pages. I've read the whole series in record time, finishing one book in less than 24 hours! Anyway, The main character is a girl and the 2 guys who love her turn out to be a werewolf and a vampire. And it got me thinging....which one would I choose?
Which led me to another set of thoughts. Aren't men, essentially, of those 2 categories of personality when it comes to women? I mean, you've got the calm, collected guy that holds all of his passion deep inside that draws you in with his intensity. That makes you want to stare into his eyes and find out what he's really thinking and feeling.
Then you've got the guy that wears his heart on his sleeve and is totally expressive with his emotions. He's warm, friendly, and that drwas you in too, because you want him to shine some of that happiness down on you.
Either guy could love you with the depth of his soul. Either guy could make you happy. But which one would you prefer to choose? The cool, calm Vampire? Or the expressive, warm-hearted Werewolf?
In a sense, both my exes were Vampires. That drew me in. I wanted to get into their inner minds and find out what made them tick. But after a while, I got tired. It was too much work. All that thinking and wondering and tenseness. I now realize that Werewolves are more my style. Easy going, expressive, warm, less complicated.
Who do you prefer.....?
