Why not? I respect that you worry about them but you're no good if you collapse and get put out of comission for a week rather than a simple eight hours of rest. They may be on occasion mildly pathetic but I'm sure under your tutelage they're getting stronger enough not to kill themselves in the next 8 hours.

Wise decision. Wiser to actually listen. I've seen people burn out. Vacations are a good thing, basic food and sleep can be enjoyable but they remain necessary unless you're dead or a robot. And even Brooke sleeps and eats so I wouldn't be too sure about that.
