Dear Management Team,
Due to a recent management decision, I have decided to pursue employment elsewhere. I do not feel that I have any growth potential here, as I have been passed over for supervisor positions three times since joining the company. My last day will be December 24, 2007. I have enjoyed working with everyone, and am disappointed that leaving seems my best career option at this point.
