Thursday Wind
I haven't posted anything on livejournal in a while so I figured I could just start writing and see what comes out. About an hour ago, I woke up to quite literally howling wind outside my window. The branches of the trees that sit in front of my side of the building were swaying back and forth like there was no tomorrow. It was rather freaky and so loud that even woke up my roommate. She was asleep again in no time. After a breakfast of oatmeal and yogurt I am sitting here and making this post just to get everything out and maybe even get my muse in a good mood. Ooh there it goes again. Right now, I'm in the first floor kitchen of my dorm and outside all the trash that didn't make it into the dumpster is flying around the courtyard. Disgusting, right? It's not really a courtyard though. We call it the roundabout because, well, it's a roundabout. When people get dropped off from being at home or whatever, they usually drive through it to the door and it's packed on move in day.
My week has been totally crazy. Not really. Even though it was finals week, the only real studying I did was over the weekend. This week when I wasn't taking tests, I was reading fanfiction or writing fanfiction on my favorite roleplaying forum. It's like one big family that place. You can just log on and people will love you and just be generally cute and amazing. It has always been hard for me to catch people online at the right time though. Haha. I've written about my characters on here I believe. The other day, my little Eddy graduated from Hogwarts. It was so beautiful and almost cried. But not quite. And I think I did quite well on my finals considering the fact that I didn't really study for most of them. The one I did study for I am super confident in.
I think the last thing I'm going to talk about is ideas for fanfiction. I've been reading atlinmerrick's Johnlock fanfiction and it's really made me want to write some myself. Not sure how to approach it or even if I should at all. I've also been re-reading the original books and man, it brings back memories. Lol. Since I was a little kid the first time I read it, I realize now that I didn't really have a clue what was going on. But now I do or at least I think I do. I also want to write some little shorts myself. Maybe I'll come up with some stuff and do some promoting for my blog. As if that will happen anytime soon if it even does ever. That's okay. I'm optimistic. It should be okay, right? I'm really just typing up my thoughts by now. It's quite fun to let my fingers fly across the keyboard. Okay, I'll stop here for now.
