New computer + BSG ep 14 (spoilers up to this ep only)
My disappearance for the past few days has a very simple explanation.
We got a new computer and even though it was assembled in one day it took few more days to experiment with various OS in order to find the one that would make Sony Vegas work the fastest.
Not much luck there even though I had high hopes. I'm very excited 'cos it works very, VERY fast now and I can almost see fluid movie in the preview window like it's already rendered,but, as I said, almost...
I'm not completely satisfied but that's the best this new machine can do. One thing is sure - there will be no more of me sighing and punching the keyboard with frustration :)and that would make both mine and my hubby's life more easier...lol
I don't have and I'm not even considering buying an external graphic card, like Matrox axio to be able to do some real-time editing because it costs like the whole new computer (1500 euros I think!)even though I wold like to know how it feels just once...
Now, I'm even more excited about editing and can't wait to play with my new machine so if you don't hear from me for few days at the time that's what I'm occupied with :)
Moving to BSG...
Last ep was mind -blowing. Literally!!! I had to take a pill to prevent my head from exploding ...lol
I know I shouldn't get so excited but it's beyond my control :( (And that's why I wait for the whole season to be over before I start watching!)
Now I have to wait the whole week *grinds teeth*
Anyway, I didn't think anything could top the previous ep but this one did. And when I think about what they all said , that it's going to get even worse....I can't imagine what more could they have in store for us.
Best moment: Chief talking with the marine
Sweet: Hera.."Ouch" :)
Scariest: Anders getting shot 8O
Shocking: Quorum delegates executed
Other than that it was exciting to watch Athena in action. They should have given Helo a gun to and this whole mess would have been over much sooner *grins*
