what a train ride

Ok so I was in Chicago this weekend. I love seeing my girlfriend. It was SO cold in Chicago, but we still had fun and I saw her. That is all that matters. But it was so sad to leave her again. I thought that would be the worst of my night....but:
Train ride. Leave at 6:00 PM Chicago, IL arrive at 11:30 PM in Ann Arbor, MI. When did I arrive? 2:00 AM.
We left the station and stopped for 10 minutes cause of engine troubles. Then we took off. We caught up to the train ahead of us. It's engine died. So we decided to hook on and pull it back to the last stop. While we pulled, our engine died. So we were in the middle of no where...two trains. I think we were in Indiana.
They had to turn all the power off to work on the engines. So we had no heat for an hour and a half. Then finally we headed out again.
So we fixed our engine, but the train ahead of us was still dead. So we decided to push them to their last stop that we DON'T go to. So that was 20 minutes.
So then finally we got home. I don't hate the train. I just hate taking it in the winter. But my girlfriend is worth it. I don't get cared how much I get delayed, as long as I see her.
