Well yes mate, played a fucking quality show last night. Best we've ever played. Went nuts like we did in wales, but the sound was much better so it wasn't just noise. Didn't fuck up at all, so yeah everything went to plan.
The other bands where cool aswell; our bassist Rob's other band, Your Demise, played their first ever show and were wicked, and our buddies Subversion and were cool as always. Was a good atmosphere and lots of fun.
Last weekend Luke did most of his guitar parts for our new CD and the whole band went to the studio and hung out for the two days which was well cool, much better than pissing about at home doing nothing like most weekends. Kev put together a rough CD of what we've recorded so far, and it already sounds fucking amazing in my eyes. Can't wait to finish it.
The band is the most important thing in my life, don't care what anyone thinks about it or says about us. Luke, Rob, Lee & Josh are genuinly my four best friends and there's no one I'd rather be in a band with.
Uni has also been well good recently, met some wicked people, not like the boring cunts at 6th Form. If it wasn't for Matt, Helen and Craig I just wouldn't have talked to anyone for those two years. But yeah, that's over so it's fine. I'm going to focus on Illustration/Graphics for the rest of the course, and do a bit of life drawing and animation aswell, so I'm well looking forward to just doing stuff I like. Only bad thing is i have to do a load of work for assessments of Tuesday.
The one that's pissing me off at the moment is not being able to get a job...really need some money!
