Work
Chalain is back in California again. He came home late Saturday morning and returned early Monday morning. He seems to be enjoying the work and the team. But they may not extend the contract because having him there is too expensive. He'd really like to have time to develop some iPhone/Android apps but we need to have cash to pay the bills before he can do that.
I mowed the lawn again, front and back all in one go. The weather was nice. After mowing last week I was more prepared today with sunscreen, water, a hat and garbage cans. This week's mowing was much easier because the lawn wasn't over a foot high. I still need to spray the lawn with weed killer and hand weed a couple of areas. But that can wait for another cool day.
Tomorrow I need to do our accounting - personal & business. To help mitigate tax liability and provide our own health insurance we own multiple business entities, although we only earn money through one. So between the personal accounts and all the business accounts I have 5 checking accounts, 6 savings accounts and 7 credit cards to keep track of. Happily most of those accounts have minimal activity.
