This week for me has been like pulling teeth when it came to exercise. I've done it every day but only half heartedly. Last week my attitude was a mellow enthusiasm of "yeah, exercise will be good for me." This week has been "ugh, I guess I better go exercise." Last weekend was kind of a downer for me so I think it sapped my will. I've been slogging through this week trying to get some exercise in and get the house work done and errands run. I hope next week will be better on the "enthusiasm for exercise" scale. I don't ever expect to be super "woohoo" excited about it, but getting back that mellow enthusiasm would be nice. I am please that I haven't had a day this week where I decided to just skip it. I'm doing better with what I eat and how much. My bathroom scale shows that the better diet control and exercise combination are working, slowly but surely. Which I think is the best way to do it.
