Hotmail account recovery problems.
I need help.
My hotmail account has been blocked. A few days ago I tried to sign in and it told me
It looks like someone else might be using your account
To help you - and only you - get back into *********@hotmail.co.uk, we need to verify that it's yours.
Then it goes onto a page asking for a contact number, yet it doesn't recongise my mobile or my landline number, therefore I click on 'I can't verify using a phone number' and I fill in my e-mail address which then takes me to a recovery page where I need to fill in my account info and then wait for an e-mail from the microsoft support team.
Then I've been told that I haven't provided enough information on my account and then I need to fill in the information recovery page, each time it has come back saying that I haven't provided enough information and now I've received a final e-mail from them saying that my account will remain locked and that I should open another one.
It is my account which THEY have LOCKED. I do not know what to do now, I need access to my e-mail, which I have had for years and contains person e-mails and pictures I need.
Any help on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
