[Katara, Kishi, and Poliwhirl are making their way back into town after training. She notices the scene going down with Rachel and her Squirtle, curious as she catches the end of that conversation.]

Hey, I've never seen one of those before. [Now this looks a LOT more like what she'd see back home.] I couldn't help but overhear. Maybe your Pokemon needs a special stone to evolve. I heard this guy won't evolve to his next stage without a water stone. Maybe it's the same? [She jerks her thumb to Poliwhirl, who waves a fist.]

[She jerks up at the sound of someone approaching, but relaxes after a moment.]

Maybe. I just now this Dex thing said it would evolve at level sixteen. [She gives the Poliwhirl a look over.] Where'd you get him?

[Poliwhirl started flexing upon being studied.]

[She fishes another Pokeball out of her bag and lets out her Machop, who immediately flexes her muscles.]

She likes to show off in general. [Rachel rolls her eyes]
