ok, specifically Santa Monica.
you can tell a lot of the demographic of the area by what people buy OR by what isn't at the store...
whenever there are sales on the 8pk of Guinness; there are always few left by the time I get to the store in the evening.
Diet Cokes are 3 12 pk for 9 bucks. They are always sold out when I go to the store. Pisses me off to know end.

Um... anyone want to explain to me why the bagger put my chips (organic of course =P) at the bottom of the bag, only to be sandwiched between the canned goods and potatoes...
