OMIGOSH!!!!!!

a burglar broke into my house this morning!!!!! i feel so violated! i was working out at the gym when a man broke our sliding backdoor (totally shattered now) and ransacked (kinda) our house. fortunately, my youngest sister was home for spring break, sleeping in her room. (yeah, she's a college student, she still can sleep in til like 10:30am!) when she heard noises in the house she didn't think much of it. since she knew i was around the house in the mornings and sometimes my parents, too... but she opened the door to her room and looked out (she said she got a strange feeling about the noises, good girl for trusting her insticts!), she said she saw a man dashing out of my other sister's room and ran out of the house!! omigosh, she was so surprised she called my parents and then the police. she was strangely calm through the whole thing even when the police got there to take down her statement. she called me as just as i was leaving the gym! omigosh, normally, i'm the only one home during that time... now that i've started working part time. and normally, no one is usually home! our neighbors said that they did see a man in a white car writing something down on a clipboard last night but didn't think much of it, at the time. my youngest sister's car was parked out on the street so the man who broke into our house probably thought no one was home!!!

it doesn't look like anything is missing... well, anyone who tried to go through my room would be really retarded since it's so messy... shoot, if i can't find anything, i know the buglar can't, either! but wow... i can't believe we're even at the level of being burglarized. someone thought we had something valuable! hehe... well, besides the computers and the large screen tv and the tivo... well, those are what's important to me... hehe.

geesh, i feel so violated! we're getting an alarm installed this week. i mean, yes, i live in a ghetto neighborhood but still... we never though we'd be victimized like this.
