I just signed up to blog on Progressive U, to try and get a $1000 scholarship. I get points for my posts, others reading my blog, and comments I make. Here's where I need your help. You could post about what's-his-name that CrookedSqure was discussing. Religion in general always seems to get things going. Look at what you think the issues in the upcoming elections should be and post about that. Post about your views on people who don't vote. Let me know if you need more . . . I can always come up with controvesial topics that would incite flame wars . . . I just don't have the energy to post 'em myself :)

Maybe I should play "devil's advocate" and skew my post to one side or another? Like I said, my views are pretty moderate, and I don't know that I'll have enough words (I need 75 minimum per post) to put out how I really feel without being redundant. It's a great idea, I could post about what I think should be done about him now, what I disagree with regarding what has been done in the past, and what I think should be done in the future (and upon his death). That might get me enough words. Thanks!

OK, I'm an idiot. I just used 105 words to briefly describe what Phelps does. I guess this won't be as hard as I thougt. Thanks again.

I think writing (and talking) a lot comes easily to your family ;-).

Anyway, I'll take a look at your blog, chances are it's more interesting than you think.

You're welcome. It's amazing how quickly the words add up :)

Don't skew your views . . . be true to who you are. If the site is intentionally looking for inflamatory people, there'll be folks out there who disagree with you. And I think there's something to be said for a moderate voice in the midst of an environment like that :)
