Freedom Tour
Freedom Tour is officially a go! Yay. So I will for sure be going on the trip. There was some question of whether it would go because of low numbers of students and faculty signed up. But, some more people applied and we will be going. (Sorry for such a redundant paragraph.)
I think I've mentioned in part what it is, but for a refresher, here goes. It's a trip with an emphasis on racial reconciliation. So, it's a trip through the South, visiting key sights of the Civil Rights Movement and then culminating in spending a few days helping with the work of the John Perkins Foundation, which focuses on building community.
Just an FYI . . . so that'll be my spring break.
