[There is a pulse, and she stirs just a little bit, but doesn't wake up.]

[he frowns. She looks pretty wiped out. There's a clinic here, wasn't there? He takes his journal out for a moment, looking at it for some time, before he writes something down. Once he was finished, he carefully picks her up from the ground]

[Well Alexei can't exactly make out any of that, but he'll keep listening for anything he can make out. For now, he's heading for the clinic, which he knows the direction to now thanks to a response to his written entry]

[And she'll just be hanging there like the dead weight she currenlty is (minus the dead -- technically). She doesn't weigh much at all, even for a girl her age, and it seems like it might be a little unhealthy, but that's probably not why she's knocked out.]

[She might be popping up in that thread, but for now she'll just be there and unconscious. She mostly seems to be absolutely exhausted, but there is the edge of a healing wound just peeked over the top of the bodice of her dress, right over where her heart would be, but it's far enough along in the healing process that it obviously isn't what's keeping her down.]
