So yesterday we got about 9 inches of snow.
When I went to bed last night I realized I couldn't find my phone. I called it thinking I would hear it ring but I couldn't find it anywhere. I started panicking because if I had dropped it in the driveway (which happens sometimes) I wouldn't be able to hear it hit the ground because of all the snow. I went outside and noticed that Joe had just finished snowblowing the driveway, so if it was there it would now be buried under about 2 ft of snow. I was freaking out and bawling because I felt like I had just lost my best friend... but Armand managed to finally lull me to sleep around 2am, telling me he'd buy me a new phone. (Tuition for next semester is due TODAY and that will eat just about ALL of my savings. Plus I'm leaving for Washington on Thursday and I'm gonna need some money to get me by while I'm over there for over 3.5 weeks and not working at all. So I basically can't afford a new phone, and all my numbers and everything which I will want to use to call my friends and let them know I'm in Washington are stuck in there. I went outside and started kicking around this morning to see if I could find it and maybe potentially dry it out. Well I found remnants of it, which I'd upload a picture of if only I had my phone to snap one with.
This is like one of the worst things that could possibly happen right now, just as everything was going well. Horrible, horrible timing.
