Help identify the oldest work of chainshipping fanfiction.

Hello, everyone. My name is Lake and I am a newcomer to both LiveJournal and the Saw fandom (as of August 8th, 2023). This group is something of a historical artifact and I'm hoping that someone in this community, who can point me in the right direction, will receive a notification that this post has been made.

I am currently trying to identify the oldest-existing work of chainshipping fanfic. Because this group on LiveJournal has existed since 2005, I am optimistic that someone here may potentially be able to help me figure this out. Although I have done a fair amount of searching on FanFiction.Net, I would be interested to know if there are, potentially, any older works that were posted on other sites or blogs that fans here may know of.

If you have any leads, please feel free to leave a comment on this post, message me, or send an email to wiredbooks@gmail.com.

Full disclosure: I am posting this prior to completing a comprehensive look through this page's archive. I am expecting to dig up some early fic recommendations, even if the links are potentially broken.

Finally, Regardless of whether you have leads to share, I'd be interested to know if there are pre-AO3 recommendations people may have. I'd love to get to know people here, if there is anyone still active. You know how ecosystems can sometimes spontaneously "bounce back" and re-emerge from the dead? I'm a very patient person and I've been deeply online since 2006. Even if weeks, months, or years pass, I check my email daily so, if there's anyone still here, I'd be so interested to chat!
