i really have to get to the opticians... i'm having the worst headaches and i swear it's because my prescription is wrong. not looking forward to tomorrow. i have to go to a history conference that involves me listening to about four hours worth of lectures on henry VII. all of which i am supposed to be really interested in, but in fact i find somewhat dull at the best of times.
i'm also having one of my habitual fits of worrying about absolutely everything. i'm sure i'm not sleeping properly. i meant to do some homework tonight. not going to happen. this all just causes me more anxiety. plus, i've broken my brace.
