I don't know the answer to that question *LOL* Wish I did. I think you need to consider taking something to help you sleep. Have you tried any herbal remedies for insomnia?

I have sleeping pills, but I try very hard not to use them unless I have to. And now that it is 4.5 hours to wake-time, it's not a good idea ...

That's why I said herbal. The kick isn't as bad as chemical, and you can wake up without grogginess, too.

Valerian is probably too mild, but it wouldn't hurt to try it... my recommendation is motherwort extract through. About four drops into a shotglass, then a little water, and gulp it like vodka. It tastes awful, but it should put you to sleep.
