Things I saw today.
1. A ton of great bands doing great live shows.
2. A giant smoked turkey leg, which I ate.
3. Dumbasses who apparently don't realize that the 20" of rain we got yesterday would turn Tom Lee Park into a giant mud hole walking around at the musicfest in inappropriate footware. Also note that the storms caused the port-a-potties to run over and that wasn't just mud they were stomping around in barefoot and in sandals.
4. Hippies, goths, bums, punks, emo, preppies, bikers, rockers, smokers, jokers, and midnight tokers.
5. Beale Street full of Musicfest attendees who all seemed to have had their drink on for a long time.
6. A fight.
7. A Dyers cheeseburger, fried in 90 year old grease, which I ate. (Seriously, they have been using the same grease since Woodrow Wilson was in office.)
8. A 10 car wreck on the interstate.
9. Some misc. sad drama.
10. Some chick's cooter. She kept flashing it ay everyone during the concert.
11. A belt buckle that looked like a giant chrome spider with red eyes.
12. The most excellent reaction of people as I introduced them to my latest profanity, TWATWAFFLE!
