So France was amazing... but I'm glad to be back in the USA, and with my family.
Of course, seeing all these things everyone talks about... the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, castles, Normandy beaches, etc. was crazy... to be somewhere I've heard about my entire life. Paris is beautiful, all the buildings and facades are gorgeous. And the Normandy beaches were... powerful, I guess, to see all the people that died. And thinking about the Holocaust too. Castle are flipping sweet! I think it was Aboise that we decided was a good size to live in... and it would be sweet to say you live in a king's room. And the Fete de la Music is awesome, I wish we had something like that here. The eiffel Tower is crazy sweet... seeing it in pics is definatly not enough, you have to stand under it, or on it.
I'm really glad I was able to go with so many friends. We had fun, especailly with our whore names. And Taylor's samuri sword. And the firearms guy. And prepositioning people. And Calla getting proposed to. And tons of other stuff that I'm too lazy to list.
And four dollar Coke! I probably spent about $50 on Coke alone! Thats ridiculous.
New York is my favorite city in the world and that's probably never going to change. We think it's nice there... but the hotels we stayed in were really really really nice for Paris. Regular people don't actually live like that, I don't think. And people smell. And everything is really really really expensiver than it is here. The shopping isn't even good there, it's not even same shit different smell, its more like same shit, more expensive. But thats just France, so I hope Italy and England aren't like that. I'll let you know when I get back.
Just remember, we do live in the best country in the world... even if you don't agree with our government... and everyone wants to move into it. So don't move out.
I also brough back a disease. And s did Lauren. I hope she's feeling better. I am but I still can't talk properly.
And the picture website isn't working, but I'm afraid to e-mail Billy because what if he sends me a whole explination of how to fix it? The e-mail he already sent my scared the shit out of me... Tiff had to explain it to me. What the hell is FTP???? CAN'T WAIT TILL ALL THE PICTURES ARE UP!!! I WANNA SEE THEM!!!
