comm name change

This icon comm will now go under the name of chaicons. It's been something I've been thinking about for a while now (since I didn't like the old name at all) and I'm going to be celebrating the name change with some layout changes and sprucing to the comm as well as some stock icons later on today :)
Also! If you have an icon or graphics community and you would like to affiliate, I have now added an entry where you can do so! Just comment on that entry, or send purafag a note!
