help!

Does anyone remember a show on PBS with a little grasshopper? or some other kind of bug, who was a reporter. He'd go out and find news stories and write down the story, then all of his grammatically and spelling errors would be corrected with a little hand on the screen. the hand on the screen, did it make like a funny noice when it was correcting the errors? the grasshopper reporter thing reminds me of Richard Scarey but that's not right...I so remember that show though. I will research it. ;-)

i think i got some more info. was the host of the show Bill Cosby? Like didn't he write on the easel? then it cut back to the cartoon or something with the darn squiggle pen??? darn you boy! got me looking all over for this crap!
