A Decision Made

Aug 06, 2008 04:54

I made an important decision just now.

I'm not gonna work on crafting the delta version of the S7S manuscript until after Gen Con.

Plenty of good reasons not to start hacking until after Indy:

* Busy at Le Day-Job like NUTS.

* Engrossed in Edmund Morris' The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt. (Will prolly take Theodore Rex to Indy as my reading.)

* Car-ride to Indy, with drivingblind and rob_donoghue. Much discussion will happen, probably touching on DFRPG and S7S, amongst other things.

* Gotta meet with judd_sonofbert to get his comments on the manuscript.

* Might run a couple afterhours or free-play sessions.

* "Free-range inspirado" will prolly happen in discussion with various industry luminaries (of which I am a humble, dimming lamp).

* Car-ride back to DC Metro, with drivingblind and rob_donoghue. (See above.)

This decision seems right -- it makes me feel like a weight has been lifted. (Always a good sign, IMAO.)
