actually, i am not smart because i take government. i am smart because i read up on everything and am aware of whats going on in the world.
and yes, i do think some people are not aware that there are liberal republicans and conservative democrats. in fact, you pointed out that a democrat wrote house bill HR 163. he is a conservative democrat. so yes i feel the need to educate chad and people like yourself, because you seem to still not know the difference.
there is nothing wrong about being against abortion. but you don't seem to understand that they are not people yet. they cannot survive outside the womb. so what's your argument for it? what your parents told you? or your friends. you know i understand why you're a republican (or at least support them because you don't sound educated enough to be old enough to vote) it's because everybody's doing it! so let's be cool! omg, think for yourself. oh wait, maybe you can't? in that case, i take pity on you.

second, your link is to a partisan website that of course is going to dish anyone who disses bush and anyone who doesn't agree with them. i could just as easily find one saying the exact opposite.
third, that didn't clear anything up for me and probably no one else either.

you know what's interesting to me? the fact that the majority of the kerry leaning people or bush haters, actually leave their names because they are confident in their responses. and, the bush supporters leave unintelligent answers and exclude their names. maybe they are not confident in their convictions or don't want their friends to realize just how stupid they are. ♥ emmalee

Wow there have been a lot of stupid responses-even some from bush supporters but that was by far the worst. You presented no facts just stupid liberal bias, talk about unintelligent. PLEASE SHOW ME THIS SITE THAT DISSES BUSH ABOUT THE DRAFT AND ONE THAT PRESENTS FACTS LIKE MINE DID. yes the person was a bush supporter but he didn't make anything up, he even provided links to what these senators and reps have said about bush. One even called for bush' impeachment. Charles Rangel appeared on Fahrenheit 9/11 saying that no congressman reads bills before they vote. i did not present any facts because that wasn't my motive. i wasn't replying to lies or the other person being misinformed.
but i am really surprised by your hostility. you seem so hateful to me, and you don't even know me. i really just don't understand the name calling: "you are the one that kinda sounds stupid in this one." however, it's interesting that you point out that i am "stupid" when you're the one who isn't using correct grammar. yeah, i just really don't understand that.

i didn't mean that it was complicated, i meant that the wording was hard to understand. do you know what i mean? cuz it's kind of hard for me to make it make sense, but i know what i mean.

i really appreciate that you are not being rude and trying to be a little civil. i think that this election has divided people so much that even people who used to be friends have been so rude to each other and disrespectful of the other's opinions. it really is sad that we have so much pent up anger that we blow up at each other. it's especially sad that people who don't know each other are so harsh. what ever happened to civility and respecting one another's opinions? i mean, it's ok to disagree and not think the other person is right, but i think it's sad that we have stooped to such low levels. why can't we all just get along? or at least to agree that we disagree?
