So the past couple of days has been really intense. Monday was Don's funeral, and I didn't really know how I was going to take it. Especially since the family asked if we could sing for the services. Praise God though, it went well. The services were really nice and I'm glad that we had the opportunity to just lift something up.
Yesterday, I went out with Moms and we went shopping around town. She went to Express, American Eagle and Ikea and I got a pack full of my
favorite pens from Costco for school. I've had the past couple of days off from work, which has been great, but kinda sucks because I wanted to do some things like go to the beach maybe or hang out because I start school next week. But everyone seems busy and this weekend doesn't look like anything will be going on either. Oh well, whatever. August is a month of goodbyes.
