Um. Yeah. I'm in Desktop Publishing again. Oh, how I love Monday mornings.
Yeeeeah, right. Anyway I feel like such a jerk in this class sometimes,
because some of the other students always comment on the work I do in
a way that kind of makes me feel uncomfortable.

I don't like to justify my work and a part of me doesn't like to talk
about others' work either. I guess its a downside to me as a designer.
I just do it, if it sucks, it sucks, if its great its great. I know a
part of the learning experience is to understand the process not necessarily
the product. but gosh, man. Sitting here in this class its so mundane
sometimes. Sometimes I just want to tell the truth about what I think
about the works being discussed, rather than just find a good way to sugarcoat
things. I don't feel challenged at all. Agh, overall in general, school
doesn't motivate me anymore. It's a sad little world I live in, sometimes.
Well, at least educationally.

This past weekend was a blur. But thinking back about things, seemed
like it went on forever. On Friday, our Music Ministry sang for the Friday
evening Mass. Which was great, praise God. Nevermind the fact that the
church's mixer board was going crazy and there were all these mic problems.
I want MM to sing for Mass more often, so hopefully it will all work out
that we get second Fridays of the month.

Speaking of MM, I'm kind of glad that we've kinda picked up together
as a group and I'm proud of the hard work the entire ministry is putting
in. My entire philosophy is that a Ministry needs real experience, so
all this time behind the mic is beneficial in the long run. With Youth
Rally less than 25 days away, the pressure is really on. So these next
couple of practices are crucial.

I've been a little sick lately, which kind of sucks, but it's giving
me a reason to just lay in bed and sleep. That and the cough medicine.
Go Nyquil, go Nyquil, go!
