I honestly feel that anyone who has fucking wind chimes hanging on their front porch in a residential neighborhood should be locked into a small SUV with a 3500 watt 12 speaker stereo system playing gangsta rap at full volume for 10 hours straight!!!!

I have YET to see anyone who has those god-forsaken things hanging in their Living Room with a fan blowing on them!!!
