Too bad you missed the full tour, the Henry Ford Museum is worth the visit. For truly fine dining you should have stopped at all the Cracker Barrels you must have seen along the way.

Cracker Barrels and Perkins and my favorite places to eat...but on the "whirlwind tour" I made, there wasn't much time for that. I did eat at a Long Horn Steakhouse while in TN after the races one nite. To be nearly 165 lbs...I really eat very little! I just hate McDonalds. If it were Arby's or something decent...I wouldn't be bitchin!

Oh yeah...I have another vacation in either late October or early December...and the Henry Ford Museum is my first place of choice to go back to. It only took me about 7.5 hours to get there, so thats a whole lot better than the 10 it takes to get to FL!
