Mm... Cheesecake...
I baked a cheesecake yesterday. It actually didn't end up as a culinary disaster! Yay! The cake isn't much to look at but it's yummy. And I learned something. Cheesecake is mostly made of cream cheese. Wow, I live a sad life of not-being-able-to-cook-ness.
