i really hate money

Anyway, the walk for hunger was fun. I walked a lot and it didn't hurt too bad until the next day when I had to run to make the bus so I could take my final. I kicked my finals ass..es.. I'm proud of me. I worked a lot harder this semester then people (especially my family) think I did. I turned the gas on .. big time. Anyway, I'm having some job troubles, I'll explain.
I worked at the yacht club last year and was offered my job back. It was a good job... but I'll focus on the reasons I didn't want to take it...here are the cons.. don't get me wrong there were a lot of pros and I'm glad I did it, but here's just the bad....
1. Some of the guys there didn't treat me that well, like.. my boss did, he was great, but the guy who taught the sailing lessons, he really wasn't a cool person to work with.
2. I had to clean goose poo.
3. I had to remove a dead duck from the lake.
4. I had to work EVERY weekend with no exceptions.
5. I don't know how to sail.
So for these reasons, I was holding up for a job at Logan airport that I was under the impression I was getting. Despite what I was told, by no means is this the person who told me's fault stuff just got messed up, the kind of jobs I was interested in are apparently not available. This is sort of upsetting because I was hoping for the good pay they ... dish out over there. Now, I might have to get a full-time job adn a part-time job because my parents are upset I won't be making as much money as they hoped. Which kind of sucks because... I am working for tuition reimbersment, you'd think they'd be happy about that. Thats a whole different story though. Anyway, I need a fulltime summer job that pays well, I'm willing to put in a good effort, I always do in my jobs. I get good remarks from my past employeers, we'll see. Friends have already started to help me out, I hope something works out, or I may get kicked out of the house.
Ok, gotta think of some happy stuff to write about.
Mean girls was good! It was so funny because Tina Fey is great. I want to marry her.
SOFTBALL!! SOFTBALL!! It has begun! We're making Tshirts this year(in honor of our 3rd year). They are gonna be 3 quarter length sleeves that are a different color then the body of the shirt. They will have our team name on the chest in softball style font. And for additional cash you can get your name and number on the back! They're pretty cheap, let me know if you're in. They're gonna be badass, we haven't decided on a team name yet.. maybe "sloppy seconds" or "hit for brains" I didnt make those up, but thats what we got so far.
For those who don't know, softball it tuesday nites at around
6:30 or 7:00 right now, due to the taking up of all the available fields, we usaully end up searching for them, but call my cell if you can't find us! It's gonna be an awesome season I can tell. Start your MVP quest for glory now!
