I'm back bitches!
Well, lent has been long. But, I'm back. I gave up lots of stuff... I also gave up mexican food. Which might not seem like a lot to you people, but there's this really cute girl that works at Herrara's so it's difficult for me to stay away. I succeded. I also gave up eating after 8:00.. that lasted 3 days, I can't do that, my daily schedule is too messed up. I also gave up makingout with girls...that wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. hmph.
Anyway, what has happened in my life since I last updated....here's the highlights...
I met Sting sort of... like Sting the musician no the professional wrestler. I said, "hey, whats going on?" He nodded at me. Good stuff. Ok, that's pretty much all that has happened to me. Wait, my birthday occured. So, I'm 21 years old now. Don't feel all that different. It's cool that I get to go to places now that I couldnt go before. I get to see Marcos' band more often. Here's a story about that. They were playing at the Lizard Lounge which I thought, or was told, it was an 18+ show. So, I invited a lot of my friends. Only to find out later.. it was 21+ so I had to ..disinvite. I felt like an asshole, especially because I was looking forward to them coming. I guess I suck. But, you know who else sucks, kelley joyce. Anyway, so being 21 is pretty cool so far. I get to hang out in boston a lot more now and try beverages which I'm not familiar with. I don't really know how to drink, so I've been experimenting different beverages. That sounds bad... but I don't want to get drunk so I have to figure out my limit. I haven't been drunk yet, so all is well. I've tried stuff like, guiness, corona, red death (scarey huh?), whiskey, lots of wine...but I've had a lot of that already, sam adams, white russians, margaritas, and various island drinks. Apparently I drink like a "pussy". But, it tastes good! Now, I haven't had all this on the same nite, don't worry. But, being 21 lets me hang out with people I don't get to see that often more now, so I like that a lot. I miss them. Anyway, what else...Nothing has really been going on at all, I live a boring life.
I'm going to the Red Sox/Yankees game on monday! I'm really excited. I'm going with my brother, father, and uncle. Boys night out! Well, boys day out. It's cool because I dont have classes next monday because of the holiday/marathon. It's good to go to school in boston sometimes.
Next...registration. Prerequistes suck. Because, I've been taking my classes in a strange order it's hard for me to take whatever I want. I have to take this class before I can take anything else. So, that only allows me to take 2 marketing courses next semester, which is dumb, because I'm all done with my gen. ed's and have nothing else to take. so I went to some advisors and they told me to pick up a minor. Basically, I'm a little ahead of the game so after I finish my major I'll still have 28 credits to play around with. A minor is only 4 courses, so I can def. fit one in there. I was thinking about doing a Management Minor, but none of the classes are available this semester, they're all full. I need to start this minor soon. I wasn't interested that much in the other minors... like history and journalism and stuff that would work better for communications. I don't want to take extra courses that I won't enjoy so I might minor in sociology basically just because I like it. Besides, I can sort of relate that to marketing.. with the way society works and stuff....right? Well, thats what's been going on with me. Nothing to exciting, I've also not been keeping up with other people's livejournals. So, if it seems like I ignored something..I didn't, I just didn't read it.
And thanks Ermo, Lunchbox, whatever for updating for me. I appreciate it. Just never mention Alan again, or I'll have to come down on you with a wrath as great as... something with a lot of wrath. So, my boring life is back! Alert the others!
