RULES:

1. You must join in order to participate.
2. Icons cannot be animated.
3. Only submit icons made for this community.  Please do not post old ones.
4. Don't post icons elsewhere until the voting is over.
5. The icons have to conform to LiveJournal standards (100x100; less than 40kb)
6. Only use pictures that are given, unless otherwise stated.
7. You may submit up to 4 icons per challenge, unless otherwise stated.
8. Submit icons with the URL.
9. Comments will be screened.

VOTING RULES:

1. Vote for your favorite icons using the poll or form.
2. Don't vote for yourself or tell others to vote for you.

AFFILIATES
If you would like to be an affiliate, please let me know here. We will not be accepting personal LJs, but icon journals/communities/competitions & communities related to Chace Crawford are acceptable.

The challenges will begin when there are more than 10 people who have joined the community.
